What better way to welcome a city heatwave than rooftop cocktails! Shoreditch gem, TT Liquor have recently introduced its brand new roof terrace just in time for Summer. With views of East and the city, you can enjoy a seasonal cocktail menu along with fresh, wood-fired pizza from the guys behind Good Fired Pizza.
From their exclusive spritz selection, I sipped on a Berlin Calling - Belsazar Rose, Grapefruit Bitters, London Essence Rhubarb &
Cardamom top. Then moved onto a classic Venetian Spritz - Aperitivo with Prosecco top - which appeared to be the drink of choice amongst fellow. The pizza was super authentic, Neopolitan style - I went for a simple Marinara which was full of flavour with fresh ingredients and dough.
The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. One waiter in particular made a great call on his red wine of choice... I can confirm it was delicious.
