At last, weekend plans are back on the agenda and Light Bar reopened just in time! Located in Shoreditch, Light Bar is a converted power station transformed into a modern British bar and restaurant. With a spacious outdoor terrace, East Londoners can embrace al fresco drinking and dining.
The cocktail menu is impressive, I'd highly recommend the Sunda*e Spritz for an afternoon in the sun and if you're feeling peckish, there's a variety of small bites and mains.
The interior is rather extraordinary with a real industrial feel to it with exposed brick walls, steelwork and high ceiling. I can't wait to see this place vibrant with the buzz of normality once the pandemic has passed.
