Last night, was the opening of Kraft Dalston - a new collaborative night spot located inside aparthotel, Kingsland Locke. German Kraft, Jim & Tonic and Le Bab have joined forces to bring East Londoners a whole new drinking and dining experience. 

Walking in, I instantly goggled over the sleek interiors. Blush pink and Olive green furnishing, botanicals, chrome finishing and ambient sphere lighting - could a place be anymore instagrammable? 

We were seated downstairs, where we joined the hum of fellow local diners complimented by a live DJ set. The evening began with two, very generous pints of Pilsner that wen't down rather well after a dry Lockdown 2.0. We ordered the Padron Peppers and Turkish, Korean fried chicken to share, both just... YUM! For mains, we had the 15 Hour Pork Ribeye Shawarma and the Rare Breed Beef "Madras" Kebab, again absolutely delicious. To finish, we had one last drink at the ground floor bar - where we sat and witnessed the bartenders and their mastery.

The atmosphere was buzzing with feel good vibes, the staff are extremely friendly and our orders arrived with speed. Our evening was a breath of fresh air from life living in a pandemic, it certainly didn't feel like we were 5 minutes from home.
