I always make sure to use products that are kind to my skin, it's rather common for everyday soaps and cleansers to strip the skin's natural barrier. This ultimately leads to dryness and vulnerability to dirt and pollution. 

Sebamed skincare has been developed by German dermatologists to balance the skin's natural PH levels and treat sensitive and blemish prone skin with care. The range consists of cleansers, lotions, creams and intimate care. Over the past week I have been using three products in my daily skin care routine.

The Cleansing Bar is a gentle facial soap that I like to use first thing every morning to refresh my face. In the evenings I reach for the Liquid Face and Body wash to cleanse away excess make up and dirt after a long day and finally to moisturise my body I use the Moisturising Body Lotion. All products are incredibly delicate on the skin and each are formulated with active ingredients including amino acids and vitamins. After each use my face feel so, so clean and this brand is kind to my problematic skin.
