Taking residency at Charlotte Street's Carousel, Poon's Wontoneria serves up freshly made wontons, signature sauces and recipes inspired by the culinary heritage of the Poon's family. 

This delightful cosy pop up in Fitzrovia makes the perfect date night hideaway with its counter dining approach, small plates and moreish bowls of wontons to savour and share. To start, I'd recommend the wok fried, wind dried pork sausage and seasonal greens. Between us we tucked into the prawn and pork wontons which were both absolutely divine, even more so drizzled with the Poon's extraordinary chilli oil.

The interior pops with colour with walls of pastel pink and vibrant tea towels hang from above. There are a range of Poon's items you can purchase to enjoy at home; including 'cook at home' wontons, meats, sauces and oils (and the tea towels!)
