Throughout 2015 I was given the opportunity to trial a selection of products from US based skincare brand InstaNatural. Generally I have been satisfied however one item did fail to meet my expectations.
I have spot prone skin and although I have a set skincare routine, there is still something missing. I've always wanted to find something that zaps away zits in an instant without causing discomfort and when I was asked to try this Skin Clearing Spot Treatment, I had high expectations. Made with Salicylic acid, this aims to dry out spots to increase healing time and reduce the appearance of blemishes. After numerous uses I am disappointed that this hasn't worked for me, spots remain prominent and there is no improvement over night. I was also a little thrown back that the product didn't have a pipet, which would have made application easier.
Considering this regularly retails at over £32, I think I would be happier with a simple treatment of tea tree oil for a fraction of the price.
